Regular Membership
OTA is celebrating more than 30 years of serving this community with great entertainment and opportunities. What started as a group of thespians who wanted to share their love for their craft has evolved into an organization that has survived over the years with an ever changing dedicated volunteer base. People have come and gone but the heart of OTA still beats strong in downtown Sequim. With the move into the new Main Stage theatre during the 2010-2011 Season, everyone at OTA is looking forward to building on the traditions and quality productions for which our local theatre group has become known.
Our regular season is September 1 to August 31. Our new ticketing system allows us to offer annual memberships on a “rolling calendar” basis. So when you purchase your membership, it will be in effect for a full twelve months.
So what do our loyal members receive?
Individual Membership - $45 Couple Membership - $80 (two adults living at same address)

Discount on individual tickets (one per production for Single membership, two per production for Couples membership)
Subscription to our “Performance” newsletter (three times a year)

Associate Membership - via volunteer hours
At the September 2011 Annual Meeting, one of the approved Bylaws changes made it possible for the OTA Board of Directors to establish Membership categories and criteria. As a result, OTA is happy to announce that, retroactive to September 10, 2011, we have established a new Associate Membership that allows for OTA Membership to be acquired through volunteer hours as an option to membership via payment of an annual fee only. A special Task Force made recommendations for the criteria and it has been approved by the board. The OTA Executive Committee is authorized to grant Associate Membership status to all individuals who fulfill the following requirements:
1) Individual completes a Volunteer Activities time sheet for each calendar month they do OTA Volunteer work and submit this to the Volunteer Coordinator (thru the OTA Office) by the 15th of the following month. The sheet will require details of days and hours worked and the type of work performed.
2) The Volunteer has worked at least 80 documented OTA volunteer hours during a six (6) month period.
The Associate Membership is an individual membership and will be good for 365 days from the date it is granted and will be automatically awarded upon completion of the requirements.
An Associate Member can not vote on membership matters, nor hold office, however, all other membership rights and benefits will apply. Associate members will be able to obtain the member discount on tickets and enjoy Free Discount Preview night tickets for OTA Productions (OTA Season plays).
