Facility Rentals
The Gathering Hall and the Main Stage are available for rental for meetings or special events that do not conflict with other scheduled events or OTA productions. Inquiries should be made to the Business Manager. Advance reservations and a deposit are required to secure your booking. Details are provided on the OTA Rental Agreement.
The areas of the building available for rent are:
Main Stage Theater seating area and stage
Gathering Hall seating area and stage
Gathering Hall without stage
Catering Kitchen (at various levels of use as stipulated in the fee schedule) only as ancillary to rental of Main Stage Theater or Gathering Hall.
Green Room (medium size meeting room)
Use of the restrooms and parking lot are included in the rental. Use of certain OTA equipment such as sound and lighting equipment, piano, and certain kitchen equipment is stipulated in the fee schedule and is subject to availability and surety to OTA Staff of safe and proper use. Tables and chairs are available per the fee schedule and will be placed in the reserved area as requested, for a fee, by OTA personnel. Use of available equipment is subject to priority use by OTA productions and events. OTA will provide a House Manager and/or Technician (Main Stage, Gathering Hall) for additional fees.
No additional fees apply for a host organization provided bar (alcohol or non-alcohol) but the hosting group must provide proof of all required licenses to comply with current existing regulations. Host group will provide all qualified bartenders, stock and ancillary glassware needed. Food preparation and/or service must meet the requirements of the Clallam County Health Department.
Rental reservations are made on a first come basis and can be scheduled up to six month prior to the date of the event with an initial deposit.
