How can I purchase tickets? Tickets may be purchased online, by calling our Box Office, or at the door one hour before each performance. All tickets purchased over the phone need to be purchased with Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover by speaking directly to the Box Office. Olympic Theatre Arts Center cannot take unpaid reservations or process ticket requests left on voice mail.
Please note that after purchasing tickets online and you have not printed your e-ticket, you must present at the box office either the printed confirmation or the credit card used to make the purchase. Without one of the other, tickets cannot be redeemed.
All sales are final -– sorry, no refunds
Does my child need a ticket? Children under the age of four and babes-in-arms will not be admitted. Each patron must purchase a ticket; —seats cannot be shared with children. (Some of these policies may differ for events that are specifically geared toward children. Check our website sales page or contact our business office for that event.) Patrons who choose to bring young children with them are required to leave the auditorium immediately if their child is disruptive in any way. Please respect the rights of other patrons who have paid to see the performance.
Do you have reserved seating? Seating will be reserved seating for our regular Main Stage season productions. For our Discount “Preview Night” performances only, seating will be “festival seating” (general admission) and tickets will be sold only at the door the night of the preview. Seating for Spotlight Presentations is reserved. Seating for Second Stage presentations is festival seating.
How can I exchange my tickets? Exchange for a different date of the same performance is possible if the request is made prior to both performances, if original tickets are returned to the Box Office, and tickets for the alternate date are available. Tickets cannot be exchanged after the performance or for another event.
How can I return my tickets? Tickets may be returned in advance of the performance, but there will be no cash refunds. The value of the returned tickets will be used as a donation to the Theatre. We do encourage customers to return tickets that will not be used as a donation as early as possible to the theatre, as they are often better seats than the ones still on sale.
