Olympic Theatre Arts Members are the controlling body of our non-profit. Each year at our Annual Member Meeting, members exercise their voting privileges to decide the makeup of our Board of Trustees as well as any other issues requiring community input.
Members have a Voice in Their Season Productions
Each year Members have the privilege to vote on which show OTA produces in the annual Members' Choice Production.

Interested in Business Level Support?
Sponsorships - Sponsors are featured on all advertising both internally and externally for a
production. This includes posters, websites, playbills, radio ads, email blasts, and 150,000 web
impressions. Sponsors are announced and thanked during the curtain speech prior to each
performance. Make a large impression on one production.
Business Memberships -Business members receive recognition in OTA playbills and OTA’s
Website, plus Voting Privileges, 2 OTA Tote Bags, 2 Reusable OTA Popcorn Buckets, 2 Free Drink
Tickets, 2 Tickets to OTA’s Members Only Event, and either 2 OTA Season Ticket Packages or 20
OTA Tickets to use or give away to colleagues. Business Members also receive playbill ads for every
OTA produced show that season (Typically 9-10 shows). The levels of membership, Sapphire, Ruby,
and Diamond, all have the same goodies, but differ in the size of the ad in the playbill. (1/3 page, 1/2
page, and full page)

Advertisers - Get your business out there and show your support for the arts. Each production
approximately 1,000 playbills are handed out to our guests. Advertising starts as low as $150. When
signing up for a year subscription prices go as low as $50 per production for advertising. Ads are
available in third page, half page, and full page sizes.
